App purchase and license

Video Pro is planned as a paid Mac App Store download. Apple handles purchase, availability and refund requests under its applicable terms. The App Store edition uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Included open-source components retain their own licenses and notices; these terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.

Your content

You retain your rights to media and projects. Use only content you have permission to use. Keep backups of important work and verify exports before relying on them. File format and hardware support can vary; the app listing and documentation describe the shipping edition.

Website and support

This website provides product information and email support. Do not misuse the site or interfere with its operation. No Store release date or support response time is guaranteed. Pricing may vary by region and taxes; Apple displays the price at purchase.

Applicable rights

The website and information are provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. App use remains governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable component licenses. Changes to these terms will be dated here.
